Render in Kortrijk
This home received a completely renewed exterior with external wall insulation and white render for a cleaner look and improved thermal performance.
Over dit project
For this home in Kortrijk, the existing exterior façade was completely renovated using a combination of external wall insulation and white render. The project improved both the appearance of the property and the thermal performance of the building envelope.
The insulation layer was installed on the outside of the existing walls. This creates a more continuous thermal envelope around the home without reducing the available living space inside. Proper external wall insulation helps reduce heat loss through the façade and contributes to improved indoor comfort.
Once the insulation system was installed, the entire façade was finished with white render. This gives the property a clean, bright and contemporary appearance while allowing an older façade to be visually transformed.
Particular attention was given to the finishing around windows, corners and connections. These details are important for achieving a clean and consistent final result.
The finished project combines improved external insulation with a complete visual renovation of the façade.
