Retrofitting cavity wall insulation in Zele with EPS beads
Our installers retrofitted the existing cavity walls of this property in Zele with bonded EPS beads, including the large exposed side wall.

Over dit project
In Zele, our installation team retrofitted the existing cavity walls of this property with bonded EPS beads. The project photos clearly show the work being carried out across the property's large side wall.
Before filling a cavity wall, the injection points are determined across the different sections of the façade. Our installers then work systematically along the wall, blowing bonded EPS beads into the available cavity.
The insulation equipment is connected directly to our installation vehicle. This allows the EPS beads to be introduced into the wall cavity in a controlled manner without opening up the internal walls of the home.
Retrofitting cavity wall insulation is particularly useful in existing properties where the cavity is empty or insufficiently insulated. Filling this space creates an additional thermal layer that helps reduce heat loss through the external walls.
After the cavity has been filled, the injection openings are carefully finished again. This allows the existing brick façade to remain in place while the new insulation sits out of sight inside the wall.
